Therapy is a collaborative process where we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, confidential space. Some people come for just a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others choose to engage longer term for deeper personal growth and support.
The duration of therapy can vary depending on your individual needs, goals, and the nature of the difficulties you're facing. Certain challenges or treatment approaches may require more time and consistency to be effective. This is something that can be openly discussed and reviewed with your psychologist throughout the course of your therapy.

Appointments can be held in person or online, depending on your preference. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs and availability.
-
Individual sessions are $240 for 50 minutes. This is payable at the end of each session via a debit or credit card.
A reduced fee may be considered in certain circumstances.

Under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative, individuals are eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The current Medicare rebate for Clinical Psychologists is $145.25 per session. To access the Medicare rebates for your sessions, you will need a referral from your doctor.
Rebates may also be available through private health insurers. Please contact your private health insurance to see if you are eligible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer services under WorkCover, DVA or TAC.

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible when cancelling an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur the full fee of $240.
We understand that sometimes you may be unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation.
Our cancellation policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another person who may be on the waiting list. Please note, there are no Medicare or private health fund rebates for late cancellations or missed appointments.
