Services
We provide individual psychotherapy to adults over the age of 18. We can assist with a range of difficulties including:

• PTSD and Complex PTSD
• Stress and burnout
• Grief and loss
• Attachment related trauma
• Interpersonal difficulties / conflict
• Self-worth and identity
Unfortunately, we do not provide relationship or couples counselling.
